To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connekit-eo Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, resulting from your use or inability to use the services.

This User Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, unless otherwise agreed.

Advertising Account Usage & Wallet Usage Policy, Connekit-eo Inc.:

1. Centralized Advertising Account Usage Policy

By using the services of Connekit-eo Inc. (hereinafter "the Platform"), the user agrees that their advertising campaigns will be run through an advertising account administered by Connekit-eo Inc.

1.1 Terms of Use

• All campaigns must comply with Meta's advertising policies Meta's advertising policies
• The user remains responsible for visuals, texts, and promoted URLs.
• Connekit-eo Inc. reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any campaign in case of non-compliance with Terms of Service or Meta's rules

1.2 Spending and Budget

• Advertising budgets are deducted from the user wallet at the time of launch.
• No refunds will be provided for campaigns deactivated by Meta for policy violations

1.3 Service Suspension

• In case of deactivation of the main advertising account by Meta, Connekit-eo Inc. may temporarily suspend campaigns without compensation.
• In case of fraud or abuse, the user account may be permanently suspended.

1.4 Acceptance

By launching a campaign, the user declares having read and accepted this usage policy

2. Wallet Usage Policy

This policy defines the rules for using the wallet (electronic wallet) offered by Connekit-eo Inc. (hereinafter "the Platform").

2.1 General Operation

• Each user has a personal wallet on the Platform.
• This wallet allows for automatic funding of advertising campaigns created through our interface.
• The wallet can be recharged through available payment methods (Card, Mvola, Orange Money, Airtel Money, etc.).

2.2 Recharging

• Recharging is immediate or subject to validation depending on the payment method used.
• No payment will be processed without valid proof or transaction.

2.3 Automatic Debit

When a campaign is launched, the amount corresponding to the budget is automatically debited from the wallet.

2.4 Refunds

• No refunds will be made once funds are credited to the wallet.
• In case of a campaign canceled before launch, the unconsumed budget is returned to the wallet.

2.5 Security and Responsibilities

• Connekit-eo Inc. cannot be held responsible in case of loss of funds due to input error, external fraud, or non-compliance with the policy.
• The user is responsible for securing their account and managing their credit usage.

2.6 Acceptance

By recharging their wallet, the user unconditionally accepts this usage policy.
